As an advisor we are available daily for phone calls, emails and video chats.  We have 3 different levels of involvement based on how far along your company is.  

Compensation is also determined by how far along your company is and we are paid via retainers, fees and or equity.

This is for those who need a more hands on "partnership or Co-Founder" arrangement.  We can jump in and get our hands dirty bringing to the table all of our resources to assist in achieving a common goal.

Proof of concept/Validate the Idea
Step 1 for all of our clients is to figure out if the idea is marketable, is there a need and who is the need for, who will use it and how much will they pay for it.  If you have an existing business then we need to figure out what the CORE product/service is and how we can monetize it or if we need to rebrand or even start from scratch

At this point the idea has been validated or for existing ideas, rebranded or rehabbed.
We now begin to advise on how to build, test, tweak, apply and repeat as necessary a brand new business model to support the promotion and sales of the idea.
We will now advise on how to test the marketing strategy, the sales process, the follow up process, the post sales strategies, the appropriate legal formation, the necessary contracts and sales documentation, the business website, landing pages, social media, PR, align contacts for support...  Our job advise on how to document and streamline the business creation process.

Pre-Launch 
We are now out of the build/test/tweak phase and we should have some paying customers already. We now advise our startups to set a sales goal, usually we like to go with $20,000 in sales within 6 months but every business is different.
This is where the rubber meets the road so our involvement at this level is high-extreme!

Post Pre-Launch 

By this point there is a proven, fully functional and possibly a profitable business.  We will now collaborate on how to launch the business with the tools and resources that we have provided.  This is a transition phase where we phase out of an active advisory role into more of a passive board member/advisor. At this level our advisors will be most effective for their contacts, resources, vendor relations and overall business experience.

Validate the Idea/Proof of Concept

Every great business starts with an idea!  Whether it's a unique idea of a way to make an idea better, we all start with one.  Step 1 is to validate that your idea fills a need in the marketplace with cold hard data.

Create the Business Model 

At this step the idea has been validated and proven.  A new business model needs to be created to promote this idea and take it to market.  We will design, test and create a new business model from scratch.

Staffing/Launch/Scaling

The idea has been created, the business model is proven so it's time to launch.  We will assist in hiring the appropriate staff to assist with the launch. We can offer support/consulting post launch with the goal to scale the business

We have our in-house Operations Director take over the day to day management of the new business who will provide feedback directly to us so that we can make changes in real time.

By this point there is a proven, fully functional and possibly a profitable business.  It is now up to you to decide how to launch the business with the tools and resources that we have provided.  This is our transition phase where we phase out and hand over the business to you to either run it yourself, run it yourself with our advisory assistance, we can help you onboard new management, you can license your business or you can liquidate it.
